OUR PROCESS
Before the Build
We meet with you to review drawings in detail to learn about your vision. We provide up to 30 completed home addresses to visit and real client references you can call.
Within two weeks of our initial conversation, we deliver a detailed, line-by-line estimate that includes a full breakdown of builder fees, subcontractor fees, trades, and materials, along with a clear commitment to budget and construction timeline.
During the Build
We engage you in a collaborative process that keeps you and your family involved, with full access to Buildertrend for real-time photos and build updates.
Site visits and walkthroughs throughout construction, with sign-off and payment only after each subcontractor’s work is completed and you are fully satisfied.
After the Build
We take you on a comprehensive final walkthrough and are committed to a continued relationship to ensure your home meets expectations for years to come.
Ongoing support and coordination with trusted subcontractors for any future service needs.
